Lunchtime Etchings: The wonders of friendship

In the process of growth, finding happiness in oneself and focusing all your attention on the positive side of all spheres of you life, you will begin to become sensitive to the enegies of others especially the unpleasant, often negative ones. Whilst it is human nature to want to save people and want to sympathise with them, unless its inevitable impacts such as loss for example, no one elses unhappiness is worth more than maintaining the balance within yourself.

Along the journey of self discovery and as you begin to flourish, you may leave some people behind, sometimes dear friends and family. Whilst your family will always be around, know that people come into our lives to teach us something and at times, the teaching ends and we can only take the lesson from it. Don't judge the situation or the person. When you are critical of someone else it is not about you, it has everything to do with you. Instead, take the lesson and remember that your new self will attract new people and new experiences. Be open to them.

Create your own reality and the individuals who exist within it!
