Midnight Love Desserts: Let it be!

Why is a moment of sadness or anger so chastised - by ourselves in particular? Have you noticed how we almost feed the monster of sadness, depression and fear? Think about it this way. When you are happy, glad and just joyed... there is never a dialogue that fuels that state of pure pleasure. There is no questioning, no judging or dissecting of that state of euphoria to exaggerate it a little. You just let it be what it is.

Unlike the clouds of grey. Oh but those gloomy moments. We almost milk then till their dry, bringing in all negative and toxic justifications along on the ride. Yes! We get gloomy but why not just let it be what it is? Why not accept and merely observe that which you are feeling without over thinking it. Feel it. Feel how it is manifesting itself in your body. Fell the sensations you get in you stomach etc. Just observe it and see what happens. Don't try and hide it or be ashamed by it. Let it be!

When we begin to acknowledge that which we are going through... we begin to be more gentle and understanding of ourselves and in turn more in control of where we then drive that emotion. Feel the way you are feeling and be with it, observe it. Then perhaps put on your favourite song, look at pictures of times that brought you absolute joy, take a walk or a bath... have that chocolate and soon you'll be in tune - again - with that which makes you happy.

Let it be!! Let it be and see what comes.
