AFFIRM IT

Affirmations are the simplest way to begin moving towards the things you would like to change within yourself. Just like reps in exercising, come up with affirmations that suit your journey of change, stand in front of the mirror or even as you're going about your daily responsibilities, then recite these to yourself with conviction. It may feel odd at first but you will soon begin to see the results that changing your thoughts does. You are worth the effort. You are beautiful!
