LIVE MORE, DANCE, DATE, WORK HARD, BREATH, PLAY, DREAM, DO, DATE-SOME-MORE, DARE, SING, LAUGH, RUN, CRY, GET-OFF-YOUR-A**, KISS, KISS, KISS, PRAY, LEARN, LOVE, JUMP, BELIEVE, FLY, BE!!

I am not too sure if it is because the sun is blessing us with its radiant presence. Or perhaps it is in because it is pollination season but I have been feeling all kinds of perky and the generous amounts of grateful keep flowing free. Whilst the sun energizes to no end… I have to take all the credit. I’ll call it the intimacy dance.

At the risk of sounding a little haughty, I must share with you that it all takes a lot of effort, love and patience. Whatever it is you want for yourself. You got to be intentional about all the elements that will bring your desires to pass. Starting from within is the surest way of getting there. Call it the “pollination of your dreams”.

If you’ve followed any of my blogs – this one and one that is no longer active –www.vuyi.blogspot.com - you will know that I have had some challenges mainly concerned with image and physical appearance; as well as intimacy and commitment. You will also be aware of my emphasis on “the universe”, “God force” or “the law of attraction” as I affectionately like to refer to it as. What does this mean anyway? Well. You have to dig deep within yourself for the many answers to the questions, struggles and requests we often have and ask of our existence. What is it that you want? Be detailed with your answers. Write them down and put pictures together that make those details visual. From there, make it your intention to gather all of the resources; friends; mentors; anything d*mn thing that will feed that desire and proceed to make that your dominant intent. Consume yourself with it all.

So where am I going with all of this? Life has not been all that easy, beyond the surface of what may appear to be your belief of me. Life has thrown a ton of “why-me’s” more than I care to mention. But, that I refuse to wear as my badge of hounor. I have recently began a renewed, intimate and spirited dance with myself and rediscovering the depths of joy that this life has to offer. My friend, I am drinking deeply. It has been a long road of sowing seed, sometimes emptying my vessel of tears and getting on the floor and praying but I know for certain you have to fight for every element of that which you want, that bliss that curls your toes. Only you can give that to you! Only you can save, re-direct or guide YOU!

I’m smiling more, seeing the beauty that surrounds in what the kids would term HD vision and really begining to dance to my hearts rhythm. The year has zoomed by which just emphasizes the notion: “life is short.” It is and whether you join in on the fun or not… the wheels will keep turning. Go ahead then DO with it what you must.

Below I thought I’d share with you some of the living making regular visits. Let age, career or anything else not be your excuse to give yourself the fullness of this world and everything in between. You deserve it. You always have...
