The Love of a Mother; The Gift of a Twin

I was looking through the photographs on my cellphone that I have accumulated over the past months a few days ago and staggered on some photos that just swelled my heart. I am lucky enough to own an iPhone and the nifty gadget has had me feed one of my passions of photography in the most fun and wonderful ways. No; this is not an Apple Shameless Plug - just a mere reflection and appreciation on what one can do with a simple Smartphone. There it is.

Anyway, above is an example of what these smartphones and apps combined can produce. In the center of the above picture is myself on the right my mother - Khosi - in the center and my twin Nandi on the left hand side. Isn't that just a beautiful mother and daughters' picture? It is one of the most special items that I own. When I looked at the surrounding pictures in the collage of my twin and I, it made sense to place that image of us three in the center.

Most of us are super proud of our mothers and often believe them to be the very best in the world! Well, I think no different of mine, she is the most special women I know and I get overwhelmed with emotion when I think about the sacrifice and love she has shown throughout my life, each and every time. Selflessness. Love. Everything that is within her is ours to have. I look at this picture and smile as I observe the very same traits in my beautiful twin as well. My angels, right here on earth. My Nandi, my mommy. I suppose you can call this both a loving tribute to them both with hints of iPhone appreciation. I really am lucky you know. I sometimes forget but honestly... there is nothing more I need with them at my sides.

Love you burds!!!

Aim high, Roam Free...
