Food is my friend!

On Food...
Some people are lucky enough never to have had complexities when dealing with food; lots of others, especially woman, have at times frustrating relationships with food and battle to find a healthy, happy balance.
This is what we have found here at Love Etched as woman who have fallen prey to the need to control what we eat. This is the thing. Life is good, food is good and both need to be enjoyed deeply, fully. It has been said and we ourselves have since learned that the belief that some of the food you consume makes you fat is just as dangerous as what you put into you mouth. Stop giving food so much power. Instead enjoy it, enjoy it just the way you prefer it and not in the way that prevents weight gain.
Once we accept that we can eat and enjoy that which we like, we begin to have less overwhelming cravings that may end in a binging session - that you never feel proud of afterwards. Put that butter on your bread, have that chocolate and the art of allowing yourself will slowly reveal such wonderful results for you.
We swear. Allow yourself and see that food can Truly be you friend!
